Alan is one of the founding Directors of Creevy LLH and has specialised exclusively in Licensed Leisure and Hotel property since 1988. Prior to establishing the company Alan was a Director with a multinational property consultancy. He has worked as an advisor and also as a client and is able to quickly understand the client’s requirements and provide a tailored solution. Alan is a member of the RICS Chairman’s panel undertaking expert and arbitration work within the corporate or private client environment.

Alan is equally at ease advising on individual or portfolio agency sales through to highly complex portfolio valuations and all aspects of business performance analysis.
