Keith has specialised exclusively in the Licensed, Leisure and Hotel sector since 1999 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2000.
Keith’s strengths include his analytical skills and in depth understanding of the workings of Clients’ businesses ranging in size from individual bars, hotels and restaurants to PLC operators with UK wide property portfolios.
Having undertaken work on properties throughout Scotland from the Borders to the Shetland Isles for Clients with all types of licensed and leisure businesses, Keith has a valuable range of skill and experience comprising all aspects of Agency and Professional work including Asset Valuation; Business Analysis; Sales and Acquisitions; Loan Security Valuation; Property Development Advice and Rent Reviews.
