Peter has specialised in the sector since qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1995 and becoming a Fellow of the Institution in 2006. He has a unique knowledge of the loan security sector having undertaken a secondment to a leading international bank advising on property finance and lending criteria.
Further, he has taken on a major coordination role for portfolio valuation and analysis in the Public House, Restaurant and Hotel Sectors. His areas of expertise include: Agency: Loan Security Valuation: Asset Valuation: Strategic Loan Security Advice: Rent Reviews and Property Development.
Peter also specialises in Leisure Development with Bank and Developer clients as well as day to day agency and professional businesses.
