Steven has specialised exclusively in the Licensed, Leisure and Hotel sector since 2007 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2010.
Steven's strengths include his analytical skills and in depth understanding of the workings of Clients’ businesses ranging in size from individual bars, hotels and restaurants to PLC operators with UK wide property portfolios.
Having undertaken work on properties throughout Scotland from the Borders to Lairg for Clients with all types of licensed and leisure businesses, Steven has a valuable range of skill and experience comprising all aspects of Agency and Professional work including; Asset Valuation; Business Analysis; Investement Sales; Loan Security Valuation; Property Development Advice and Rent Reviews.
